2025 Key Dates
Jan. 7 - Cookie program begins
Jan. 29 - Initial order due
Feb. 21-23 - National Girl Scout Cookie Weekend
Feb. 15-23 - Cookie delivery
Feb. 28 - Booth sales begin and cookie cupboards open
March 18 – Last day for customers to place Digital Cookie girl-delivered orders
March 13 – ACH Cookie Adjustment Request Form due for the initial sweep
March 20 – First ACH Sweep
March 23 – Final day of the Girl Scout Cookie Program; booth sales end; Digital Cookie closed for sales
March 31 – Last day for girls to earn rewards
April 1 – Troop Lockout of eBudde, Final reward selections due
April 1 – Bling Your Booth submissions due
April 3 – ACH Cookie Adjustment Request Form due for the final sweep
April 10 – Final ACH Sweep
Early May – Girl Scout Bucks and Indie Girl Scout Program Rewards emailed to girls
Late May – FUNd Bucks emailed to troops
