Best of all, there are many ways that parents and adult family members can get involved in the Girl Scout experience!

  • Become a Girl Scout Committee Member for a troop or group.
  • Become a volunteer! Whether you become a troop leader, member of a troop committee, assist at an event, or organize another pathway, you’re sure to be a hit with your girl and her friends. To find out more, contact a council staff member via our Connect to Girl Scouts in Your Community page (just select your school district to get started).
  • Keep apprised of Girl Scout activities on this Web site, sign up for @agirl, our online newsletter (see Join Our Mailing List) on the home page, and stay current with all the resources available to your girl in Girl Scouting.
  • If you were a Girl Scout yourself, take advantage of our Alumnae Association.
  • Encourage your daughter to get on the GSWPA Web site, add her ideas and opinions, and learn more about her options on the Girls section.

The New 2009-10 Girl Scout Catalog is here!

Find out what your Girl Scout needs – uniforms, official sportswear, accessories, gifts, and the New Program Journeys. To request a catalog, call 1-800-221-6707 or visit any of our council shops.

Here’s a quick guide to find out more about Girl Scout badges, and insignia placement.
